Micro Weddings
Micro Wedding Reservations Include
- 2-hour reservation for a ceremony followed by photography: $1400
- On a case-by-case basis, ceremony chairs and/or a dressing room can be added for an additional fee.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday micro weddings can be reserved 30 days or less in advance of the event date. This reservation starts at $500.00.
Monday-Thursday micro weddings can be reserved 6 months or less in advance. These reservations start at $250.00.

FAQ
Our venue can accommodate up to 125 guests comfortably.
The rental fee includes tables, chairs, standard linens (black, white), setup.
Standard rental includes 8 to 36 hours of access, based on the package selected. Additional hours may be available for an extra fee.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors, or you can choose from our preferred vendor list.
We do not provide in-house catering, but you may bring your own caterer. A catering prep area is available for use.
Yes, alcohol is allowed. The VA ABC licensed is required. Security may be required for events with alcohol service.
Yes, we have on-site parking available for guests, as well as options for overflow parking if needed.
We do not provide a full wedding coordinator, but a venue manager will be on-site to assist with logistics and ensure the venue is ready for your event.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we do offer rescheduling options based on availability. Full cancellation policies are outlined in your contract.
To secure your date, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.
